    Registration: $10 per session, $50 for all 6
    Recertification and Continuing Education Certificates Awarded. (For information, please email skmiller@email.arizona.edu)
    School teams of 2 or more, registering for the entire series w/P.O. from the school, $40 each.
    $5 per session; $25 for all six. Please identify university affiliation.
